We recommend utilizing the anatomical "Wet Test" to accurately identify your biomechanical footprint at home: The Blueprint: Lightly dampen the sole of your foot and step firmly onto a piece of cardboard or dark paper to leave a clear structural imprint. Flat Arch Profile: If your footprint is nearly complete with little to no visible inward curve, your foot naturally flattens upon impact. Select our Flat Arch option for targeted stabilization and alignment. Regular Arch Profile: If your footprint shows a moderate, clean curve connecting your heel and forefoot, you have a standard anatomical rise. High Arch Profile: If your footprint shows a distinct gap or a highly narrow connection between the heel and the ball of your foot, your arches are rigid and absorb heavy impact.
